Something that I have learned to do more of in the last 2 years is being grateful.
Gratitude is not something that I was actively doing for the majority of my life.
I was constantly searching for more.
I wasn't looking at what I had already achieved and kept measuring myself against goals that I had yet to achieve.
Once I started practicing gratitude my life started to change - in an epic way.
I was happier.
I was less likely to feel bad about myself or my situation because I was actively thinking about and grateful for all the things I already had.
Also once I started to practice gratitude for what I had - I coincidentally started receiving more of the things I wanted.
Gratitude and abundance go hand in hand.
This fuels the principle that your thoughts become your reality and you attract what you think.
So when you focus on lack and what you don't have - you'll actually never receive it.
But when you focus on and think about all you do have - you end up getting more of that.

For this upcoming week - starting right now - write down 3 things you are grateful for.
They can be people, objects, experiences, feelings.
Anything.
Practice gratitude and watch the energy in your life shift in the best way.

Here’s the best advice I can give you: Start simple. Don’t dive into complex cases right off the bat. Begin with patients who have mild to moderate crowding or spacing issues. These cases are straightforward and manageable, giving you the perfect opportunity to build your experience and confidence.
Think of it like learning to swim. You don’t jump into the deep end first. You start in the shallow end, get comfortable, and then gradually move deeper. The same goes for clear aligners. Starting simple allows you to get a feel for the process without being overwhelmed.
Each successful case builds your confidence and expertise. As you gain more experience, you’ll be ready to take on more complex cases. It’s all about laying a solid foundation and growing from there.
Your patients will thank you for it. Clear, predictable results lead to happy patients and great word-of-mouth for your practice. Plus, starting simple ensures you can give each case the attention it deserves, leading to better outcomes and more satisfied patients.
So, don’t overcomplicate things. Start with the basics, master them, and then expand. It’s the smartest way to integrate clear aligners into your practice and set yourself up for long-term success.
