You may or may not know who he is…
If you don’t you might be living under a rock and should definitely go follow him on any social media platform.
He is a very intelligent and successful entrepreneur.
I got to learn business strategies firsthand from him, Leila and their team at acquisition.com
While I learned a lot - I only plan on taking action on 2-3 things after the 2 day event.
Why?
Because FOCUS is the most important thing you can do.
There are always fires that need to be put out - especially in a dental office.
Staff will call out.
Patients will cancel appointments.
You can’t control these things.
But you can control what you focus on and ultimately DO.
So what are you focusing on?
Is it implementing a new procedure?
Onboarding a new team member?
Optimizing an arm of the practice?
Do your future self a favor and write down the 1 big thing you are focusing on.
When you do that - you will ACTUALLY get it done with higher quality and at a faster rate than if you tried to do multiple things at once.
